The CMCP7504 Four Channel Machinery Monitoring System is four channel API 670 compliant continuous monitoring system for use with Proximity Probes, Accelerometers, Velocity Transducers and Analog Output sensors. The CMCP7504 is capable of monitoring in Velocity, Acceleration, Enveloped Acceleration (gE), Displacement and Thrust Position with Peak, RMS or Peak to Peak detection. Each input is accompanied by an isolated 4-20mA output, voltage output, alert relay output, danger relay output and two (2) buffered raw signal outputs. The front mounted BNC buffered outputs allow access to the sensors raw unprocessed signal with a portable vibration analyzer while the analog outputs provide continuous communication with the facilities PLC, DCS or SCADA system. A Modbus RS485 output is available at the terminal strip.   Key features:

  The CMCP7504 features a 4.3″ LCD display which provides easy to read bar graphs for the overall vibration value and alarm indicators. The CMCP7504 housing is rated for IP65 and can be installed in a separate housing for further environmental protection.   Available Input Modules:
